Mackinaw Bridge

Nicknamed "The Big Mac" and "The Eighth Wonder of the World". Mackinac Bridge is also the 3rd longest suspension bridge in the world.

On the list of the most beautiful islands of the world, Mackinac Island takes you back in time. A fort, museums, wildlife, lovely beaches, Victorian  homes and the famous "fudge" shops give visitors a unique experience. There are bicycles, horses and carriages available for rental.

See Northern Michigan Wildlife by walking through taxidermy exhibits. The museum is located in a wonderful wildlife gift shop.

Cross of the Woods, Indian River - (231) 238-8973

One of Michigan's best known and loved monuments, the Cross of the Woods is a fifty-five foot sculpture enhanced with a bronze image of Christ.

Deer Ranch, St. Ignace  - (906) 643-7760

Photograph deer and fawns on a walk through a lovely nature setting. The children will enjoy feeding the deer. The Deer Ranch is located four miles west of the Big Mac Bridge.

A solid rock tower rising 196 feet about the Mackinaw Straits, Castle Rock was an ancient Ojibway Indian lookout. Magnificent views of the Big Mac Bridge, The Straits of Mackinaw and Mackinac Island.
